Insurance: Just the lowest common denominator

During negotiations on additional AI safeguards needed for employees in the private insurance sector, the unions and the employers’ association were able to reach only a minimal compromise at the meeting on October 16, 2026, and in subsequent discussions. This first step must be followed by others so that a coherent collective bargaining agreement on transformation can be of genuine help in the workplace.
