The Core of our Responsibility
As a specialist trade union, DBV is committed to securing and improving fair pay for all employees in banks, insurance companies and related service organisations. To achieve this, we negotiate with the four major employers’ associations in the financial sector in order to conclude strong and sustainable collective agreements on your behalf.
Here below you can find out more about the terms and conditions we have successfully negotiated (all data below in German).
You are welcome to order the latest collective agreements from us. Simply send an email to info[at]dbv-gewerkschaft.de and let us know whether you require the collective agreement for the private banking sector or for cooperative banks.
Alternatively, you can call us on +49 211 5426810 or write to us per letter:

2018 integrated in DB PFK – Deutsche Bank Privat- und Firmenkundenbank – AG, this entity 2020 in Deutsche Bank AG
The Postbank Bargaining Alliance was established in 2008 and consists of the trade unions DBV, DPVKOM and komba. Together, we are committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for employees in the (former) Postbank companies – especially since they became part of the Deutsche Bank Group in May 2018.
A key principle for us is that the rights and benefits already acquired by employees must not be reduced, regardless of the Group’s cost-saving efforts. We also firmly believe that employees performing the same duties within the Group must receive equal pay, irrespective of their organisational background or origin.
